Michelle is part of the CC&C Europe Enterprise Architecture team, specialising in enterprise architecture, public sector and defence.
A certified Business, System and Enterprise Architect with a perceptive, pragmatic approach, Michelle has the skills and experience to resolve complex problems, determine future states, and recover stalled projects.
Michelle always puts clients first, and ensures that her work delivers enduring value.
Michelle has significant experience in the development of major defence systems, has won bids for her clients in excess of £100M, and has helped Government Departments and large businesses to improve and transform their operations. Her past clients include the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Defence, the Home Office, Thales UK, BAE Systems and the Police.
Michelle is a thought-leader; she has seventeen years of teaching experience (in schools, universities, and as a private tutor), is a sought-after public speaker, and an accomplished technical writer. She is also the co-author of the Open Group’s “IT4IT Foundation Study Guide,” now in its second edition.
Education and Training
Michelle earned her PhD in X-ray Astrophysics from the University of Leicester, and MSci (hons), Physics, Astrophysics, from the University of Birmingham (England).
Her certifications include ArchiMate, BPMN, TOGAF 9, and FAIR Risk Analyst.
