An American multinational consumer goods company, with products included such as pet foods, cleaning agents and personal care products.  The company needed Information Architecture (IA) to support the brand managers for introducing products to the emerging markets with differing geography, culture, consumer buying patterns and preferences.

Brand managers needed key information such as Product, Price, Place and Promotion to introduce the brands to new markets. They are under great pressure, while introducing brands with tight time lines and limited information and need the Enterprise Architecture (EA) to support on time, accurate and quality information.
